So quick, easy and just beautiful
In the pressure cooker layer roughly the potato, sweet potato, onion and bacon. Mix in a bowl cream, milk, chicken noodle soup, and mustard. Pour over potatoes. Bring to pressure and cook on setting 2 for 10 mins. Turn off heat and reduce pressure naturally. Once pressure released sprinkle over tasty cheese and parmasan.
I really liked this recipe. I love scollop potatos but in my oven its always hit and miss being cooked and the time is too long. This time in pressure cooker was perfect. I used a tin of coconut cream instead of normal cream as thats all l had and the flavour was perfect.
Delicious will be making this lots.🤗
Yum Yum Yum, makes heaps and love the taste. Kids couldnt get enough, neither could we. Another family favourite to go in the recipe book.
