Nice tasting variation to Hommus and it is easy


  • 1/2 Small putternut pumpkin sliced lengthways
  • 400gm Drained and washed Chick Pea tin
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1&1/2 Tablespoon Tahini paste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Step 1

Bake pumpkin in oven 200 degree approx 30min until tender and brown

Step 2

In Cook Processor pulse garlic for 5 secs

Step 3

Add remaining ingredients and blend for 30secs speed 9

Step 4

Scrape down sides and blend 30secs speed 9

Chef's Tips

Change it up with more or less garlic or add your favourite Chefs Toolbox spice eg Morrocan or Indian Biryani Enjoy
