Quick stove top Sundried Tomato and Feta Flat Bread....

So quick and easy to add a nice warm bread to any meal...

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup SR flour
  • 1 Cup Plain flour
  • 1teasp sugar
  • 1teasp Dried Yeast
  • 150 gr Danish Fetta
  • 1/3 Cup Sundried Tomato and there Oil.
  • Sprinkle Nice Salt
  • 1 teasp Meal Inspirations Flavours of Italy
  • 2tbls Good Olive Oil

Step 1

Put Flours, warm water, yeast, sugar and salt into Sauté Pan and mix together...

Step 2

Add Feta, tomatoes and their oil, herbs gent mix together until you create a soft dough ball..

Step 3

Press out to cover the base of the Sauté Pan and then press fingers into top to give a rough texture.

Step 4

Pour over the oil and a sprinkle of salt.

Step 5

Cook on stove top medium heat vents open for 5minutes..

Step 6

Close vents and cook for a further 8minutes on low heat....

Step 7

Flip bread over and cook for another 2-5 minutes on low heat.

Step 8

Flip onto a bread board and serve........

Lovely with diced olives and rosemary...
