So quick and easy and guilt free snack when the sugar/chocolate cravings attack


  • 75g Cacao Butter
  • 60g Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 65g Chopped Almonds
  • 4tbs Cacao Powder
  • 2tbs Cacao Nibs
  • 2tbs Goji Berries

Step 1

In 2lt saucepan, gently melt cacao butter and coconut oil (if using solid kind). Remove from heat once fully melted. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place 24 cup silicone muffin onto cookie tray Spoon and divide into 24 cup silicone muffin Place in fridge to set. Enjoy Best kept stored in the fridge.

Chef's Tips

Can replace almonds for any other nuts. Can replace Goji berries with sultanas or other dried fruit Try stopping at just one piece
