The perfect side dish to a juicy Roast or Steak!
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced) for 20 minutes.
Wash and dry potatoes with paper towel.
Place the potatoes in 28cm Saute Pan with salt and olive oil.
Pull the leaves from the rosemary stems and roughly chop.
Sprinkle over potatoes and mix well to combine.
Roast in hot oven for 45 minutes or until a skewer can be inserted easily into potatoes and they are beautifully golden brown. Serve immediately.
Roasted potatoes can be used hot or cold for salads/
