In the great food wars of the world (pav, hummus etc), none are greater than biscuit crumb vs crushed weetbix in rum balls.


  • 250g Milk Arrowroot biscuits
  • 250g Crushed weetbix (as alternate to biscuit)
  • 400g condensed milk
  • 150g Currants
  • 2 tbsn Cocoa
  • 1 cup Coconut (dedicated or shredded)
  • 1/3 cup rum

Step 1

Insert Multiblade. Add biscuits or Weetbix. QuickPulse until fairly fine consistency.

Step 2

Add 1/3 cup coconut and all other ingredients. Speed 3 until combined.

Step 3

Roll into balls s little smaller than golf balls. This is easier with wet hands. Roll in reserved coconut. Refrigerate for 15 min to firm up.
