Throw together this delicious and healthy meal in minutes!
Make a marinade with the ginger, sesame oil and a dash of soy sauce. Roll the salmon in the marinade to coat and set aside for 10 minutes.
Bring wok to medium-high heat and add salmon. Cook for until cooked half way through (about 2 minutes). Turn and cook for a further minute then remove to rest, covered with foil.
Lower heat to medium. Add oil and stir fry the spring onions for 2 minutes.
Add mirin, brocollini, snow peas and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the noodles to the wok and stir to coat. Divide between plates. Top with salmon and sprinkle the sesame seeds over.
