Throw together this delicious and healthy meal in minutes!


  • 1/2 tbsn ground ginger
  • 1/2 tbsn sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onion - finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mirin (optional but ideally included)
  • 1 bunch brocollini, sliced in half lengthways
  • 200g snowpeas, string removed
  • 250g soba noodles, cooked and straned
  • 2 tspn sesame seeds

Step 1

Make a marinade with the ginger, sesame oil and a dash of soy sauce. Roll the salmon in the marinade to coat and set aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Bring wok to medium-high heat and add salmon. Cook for until cooked half way through (about 2 minutes). Turn and cook for a further minute then remove to rest, covered with foil.

Step 3

Lower heat to medium. Add oil and stir fry the spring onions for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Add mirin, brocollini, snow peas and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Add the noodles to the wok and stir to coat. Divide between plates. Top with salmon and sprinkle the sesame seeds over.
