Melt in your mouth beef with a touch of smokiness - the family will run for seconds!
Score beef on all sides and rub the Smokin' BBQ Rub in well between the scores and let sit for half an hour at room temperature.
Add beef broth, garlic, Worcestershire sauce to Pressure Cooker, once the beef has sat for 30mins add to Pressure Cooker.
Close and lock the Pressure Cooker and bring to Pressure on high heat using setting 2 (Pressure is reached when the red Pressure indicator has risen).
Once at Pressure turn down the heat to low and cook for 1 & 1/2 hours.
Remove from heat. Allow the Pressure Cooker to come down at natural release.
Sit for 10mins and serve!
Store "leftovers" in sealed dish in gravy in fridge 2-3 days.
After shredding the beef, pour pan juices over meat and leave to sit for 10 minutes
