The all-rounder seasoning for every BBQ indoors or outdoors!
Coat your steaks, chops, roasts and any favourite meats!
Sprinkle Smokin' BBQ Rub on both sides of meat and rub it in. Apply more seasoning if the meat is very thick.
Allow meat to stand for about one hour at room temperature before cooking.
Preheat the BBQ or Grill.
Cook over a medium to hot fire, cooking both sides, turning only once.
Allow to stand before serving and only trim fat after cooking.
For that extra kick add 1tsp of chilli powder.
