A flavoursome take on an Aussie classic.
Heat oven to 180C
Combine all ingredients other than flour in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Take off the heat to cool.
Mix flour through the cooled ingredients.
Pour batter into a silicone loaf pan. Place on middle shelf in oven. Cook for one hour or until an inserted skewer comes out cleanly.
Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan letting cool completely on a cake rack.
