Who doesn't love a thai green curry? This recipe is family friendly and as quick as wondering up to the local take-away.


  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsn Meal Inspirations Thai Green Curry Spice
  • 6 Kaffir lime leaves, stalks removed
  • 1 cube chicken stock
  • 600g Chicken fillet, cut to strips
  • 1 green capsicum, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 Tbsn Fish sauce
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Handful Coriander, torn

Step 1

Insert StirAssist. Add all ingredients other than tomatoes and coriander. Close and lock lid. Remove measuring cup. STEW 11, Start. Reduce speed to Intermittent. Start

Step 2

After Step 1, add tomatoes. Start.

Step 3

Serve with jasmine rice and scattered coriander
