With white, milk & dark chocolate through fluffy clouds. What isn't to love about these muffins?

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Self raising Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa
  • 1 cup Caster sugar
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/3 cup of each white, milk and dark chocolate bits

Step 1

Sift dry ingredients together.

Step 2

Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3

Divide the mixture evenly between the cups of the Muffin Tray.

Step 4

Cook at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

Step 5

Let cool before removing from pan.
