Easy to make and is sure to impress your family and friends this Christmas!
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Place the turkey mince, spring onions, thyme, garlic, craisins, chicken stock, cheese and cranberry sauce into large silicone bowl and mix to combine.
Cut the (thawed) puff pasty sheets in half. You should have 12 pieces in total.
Using one half pastry sheet at a time, spoon the turkey mince mixture in the middle of the pastry sheet evenly.
Use the lightly beaten egg and a pasty brush and bruss ine side of the pastry sheet with the egg mix.
Using your fingers, roll the pasty and mixture together to create a sausage roll shape.
Continue steps 4 - 6 until you have used up all the mixture and pasty sheets.
Place on backing tray. Using a sharp knife lightly score the top of the pastry (this is to mark out individual pieces) Brush the top of the pastry with egg and sprinkle with aussie bush dukah spice blend.
Place in the oven on 180degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
Instead of using Turkey mince, you can replace this with Chicken mince.
