Children’s favourite meal and I get to add the vegetables without the grumbling.


  • Small Peeled Onion
  • 2 Peeled Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Carrot, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 Zucchini, cut into chunks
  • 1 Red Capsicum, cut into chunks
  • 300ml Carnation Lite Cooking Cream
  • 300ml chicken stock
  • 400gm Tin Diced Tomatoes
  • 300gm Dry Fettucine
  • 100gm Finely Sliced med/hot Salami
  • Bunch Parsley

Step 1

Insert Multiblade, add onion, garlic and parsley into Cook Processor Pulse 10sec Scrape down bowl

Step 2

Add carrot, zucchini and capsicum Pulse 5 sec Scrape sides and remove blade

Step 3

Insert stir assist Remove measure cup Press Fry P1 start to set program, and again to start program

Step 4

Add cream, chicken stock and tomatoes Press Stew P1 and reduce speed to intermittent Press start

Step 5

Break fettucini in half and add fettucini and salami into bowl Press Stew P1 and reduce speed to Intermittent Press start When finished Stir

Step 6

Press Stew P1 again and reduce speed to Intermitten Press start Leave in Cook Processor for 5 min before serving

Chef's Tips

Can replace salami with chicken or omit salami and change stock to vegetable stock for vegetarian version.
